No Refund Policy
The ₹600 registration fee for TriLabs Buildathon 001 is non-refundable once your payment has been confirmed by the TriLabs team. This is a flat policy regardless of the reason for withdrawal — including inability to attend, team dissolution, or personal circumstances.
Before Payment Confirmation
If your payment has been submitted but not yet confirmed, you may contact us at hello@trilabs.in to request withdrawal before the confirmation is processed. We cannot guarantee withdrawal will be possible but will make reasonable efforts if contacted promptly.
Event Cancellation by TriLabs
If TriLabs cancels the Buildathon 001 event for any reason (including but not limited to force majeure, venue unavailability, or organizational issues), full refunds of ₹600 will be issued to all confirmed teams. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation announcement to the original UPI account.
Event Postponement
If the event is postponed (not cancelled), registrations will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for postponements. If a team cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may contact us; refunds in postponement cases are at TriLabs' discretion.
Disqualification
Teams disqualified for violating the Terms & Conditions (including code of conduct violations, fraudulent payment submissions, or cheating) will not receive any refund.
